Writing Tips

One of the fundamentals about interactive Smartboards is using them to write.  Pupils love this but it can often take teachers quite a while to master. This section contains some key tips on Writing, Re-sizing and Moving text

Move or Resize your Writing

This clip allows you to see how to do the following:

• Select writing 
• Resize text 
• Move text 
• How to erase text 
• How do you adjust the line thickness?
• How do you select groups of objects?
• How to rejoin words

Erase your Writing

This section will show you how to do the following actions:

• Use the eraser
• ​How to use undo
• Adjust the thickness of the eraser
• How to erase large areas of writing

Convert your Handwriting to Digital Text

In all honesty handwriting can be a bit tricky at the best of times. Having 30 pupils trying to read it can be a bit of a challenge. 

This is where the Smartboard can come in handy. It's software is designed to have handwriting recognition which should allow it the ability to change most handwriting into digital text.
