Once you log in Office 365 gives you access to a wide range of Microsoft Office apps.
This page will aim to explain how to navigate the page and what each App does. |

Main Menu
In the main Opening screen you will see the full selection of apps open to you to use. There should be about 15 altogether although the most common ones will be displayed. Click Start new to get the full list.
You can also see the Install Office Option if you wish to download the apps directly to your device.

Your Documents
Office 365 allows any work that you are completing to be saved as you work. Therefore it is very easy to look in the recent documents and start off where you left off. It also helps when you leave your memory pen somewhere.
Top left corner

On the top left corner of the screen you will find the Office 365 symbol with the 9 dots. If you click on that it will bring up a complete overview of the apps and your documents.

What are the various apps for?
This is linked to your email. Use it to send, reply, forward emails . You can add specific groups to communicate easily.
