iDoceo
iDoceo is an extremely useful app for recording and tracking details of pupils and classes. It has lots of useful tools such as quick attendance checks, random class picks, colourful and intuitive assessment sheets and seating plans. It also allows you to enter assessment marks in a creative and interactive way. iDoceo makes it easy for you to input data and present it in a much clearer and informative way. 


Adding Classes

This section will show you how you can add a class and add pupils manually.  It will also show you how to import your classes from SIMS - saving you a lot of work in the process. 


Schedule

One of the key things you will want to do with iDoceo is to set up your school schedule. This will allow you to see your timetable and interact with it. 


Planner

The Planner section allows you to add notes for certain days or periods
You can add your lesson plans here or upload any attachments you may need to the period in question.


​Adding Marks

This small section covers how to add columns and how to add marks to those columns

​Seating Plans

You can now place the pupils in your class in their seating pattern - this allows you to get to grips with new classes early and provide key information to any cover teachers
