Schedule

The Schedule section of iDoceo lets you create an interactive timetable based on the classes you have previously set up. After creating your portable and colour coded timetable, you can then upload and monitor your class's progress.

• The first thing you have to do is click on the Schedule button.
• Next add your time blocks. This will construct the time frame of your day in preparation for entering the classes.

Adding Classes

1. Go to the day and time block (period)  needed.
2. Just touch it once. An ADD symbol should appear. Touch the symbol . This will allow you to add a pre-stored class. (You should hopefully have did this previously)
3. Tap the CLASS button. Go down the list until you see the class you need. Click it.
4. Once you have followed these steps you should have a class assigned to the right period. Continue to do this building up your weekly timetable.
